I have worked with Art over the purchase of both my homes. Now, let me preface with saying. Both purchases were time sensitive and we don’t have the typical 1 job w2 type of careers. As a first time home buyer, my husband and i had lots of questions.. given the nature of our pay and jobs we ran through MANY obstacles.
